Kat Coffee Table
Refined both in its detail and in its overall appearance, the Kat coffee table defies the norm with its shape and even more so, with the materials used to achieve its unique, statuesque structure. Designed by Karim Rashid for Tonelli, the table is manufactured in Italy using high-tech processed and age-old craftsman’s application of glass.
The Kat coffee table is made of three odd-shaped, curved planes using clear, frosted, and smoked glass for each. The three elements are then combined and overlapped, exposing a slight part of their whole. The overall effect is stunning and captivating at once, bringing many to question its existence.

Karim Rashid is a brilliant and iconic designer that has made over 3000 products and has received over 300 awards. His creative genius is very apparent through his innovative and eye-catching original design. By using unique shapes and playful use of curves and angles, Rashid's work is masterful and shows why he is one of the most successful and prominent designers in the world.
Rashid has worked hard through his career to make beautiful designs more inclusive and readily accessible in public spaces. In addition to design, Rashid is passionate about art, fashion, and music. He teaches in various universities to help young and upcoming designers.
