responsibilities

• Provide design expertise including product information, material characteristics, product scaling and space planning
• Provide a luxury experience to existing and potential clients
• Prepare and deliver interior design selections aligning with client’s expectations
• Prepare curated design packages using samples and mood boards, design library, 2D layout and/or 3D renderings
• Effectively interact with client and team members verbally, in written form as well as graphically throughout the design process
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
• Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and interior design industry
• Produce technical drawings
• Answer customer product and technical questions
• Create price quotes for customers
• Assist customers with post-sale questions and requests

requirements

• Strong sales skills and ability to build customer relationships
• Able to produce 3D renderings
• Experience with graphics editing tools (e.g., Photoshop)
• Interior Design Degree or previous design experience is a plus
• Experience with kitchen and closet design is a big plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and driven to provide the best client experience
• Willing to work Saturdays

room service 360° is hiring an experienced Furniture Installer and Driver to be a part of our premier white glove delivery team.

responsibilities:

• Complete furniture assembly/installation to meet customer's satisfaction
• Show a high degree of professionalism while interacting with customers
• Load furniture orders onto trucks and deliver products to customers
• Inspect furniture for any defects and proper functionality according to manufacturer's guidelines
• Pull furniture from racks for customer delivery
• Follow all safety rules and procedures

• Ability to multitask in a customer focused, fast-paced environment

requirements:

1. Clean and valid PA driver’s license is required
2. Good attention to detail and precision is a must
3. Ability to measure and calculate distances in fractional inches
4. Experience moving and installing home furnishings background preferred
5. Knowledge of metric and imperial measuring systems
6. Read/follow furniture assembly instructions
7. Comfortable driving non-CDL truck
8. Able to team-lift furniture weighting 110+ pounds
9. Dependable and hardworking
