The Organic Dining Table by MIDJ introduces a fluid and contemporary design language inspired by natural forms. Designed by Franco Poli and made in Italy, the collection features soft lines, asymmetric geometries, and balanced proportions that integrate seamlessly into residential, hospitality, and contract environments. Available in two sizes with a central-base structure, Organic combines elegance with an informal, adaptable aesthetic suited to a wide range of interiors.
The table base is offered in printed concrete finished with hand-spatulated clay for a rich, textured appearance, or in powder-coated metal for a more minimal look. Tabletops are available in clay or marble-coated poplar plywood, allowing versatile material combinations between the base and top. Designed to coordinate with the Organic Coffee Tables, the collection delivers a cohesive and sophisticated solution for modern living spaces.
Designed by
Born in Padua, Italy, in 1950, Franco Poli is an award-winning designer who is well-respected worldwide. His experience spans decades, and he has experience as a product designer, business owner, teacher, and artistic director. In 1977, he was the artistic director for Bernini spa, and by 1986 he opened his own design studio. He also taught at multiple schools in Italy and now freelances for an array of furniture companies, including Midj. Poli has his work on permanent display at the Denver Art Museum.
His awards include the Good Design Award and the Composo D'oro, making his work highly sought after. Geometrically inspired and full of functional appeal, his products are iconic. Poli is always striving to be better, and the evolution of his work shows that.
