Bolle Lounge Chair
Bolle lounge armchair has a four leg base, structure and backrest in lacquered metal. Cushions upholstered in fabric, leather or eco-leather. It is possible to configure the armchair choosing different colors for legs and frame. Part of the large Bolle collection which includes sofas, armchairs and lamps in macro-perforated colored metal, with a soft and playfully captivating aesthetic.
The name "Bolle," meaning "bubbles," refers to the special process used to create the textured metal shells, which results in a striking graphic effect. With its simple yet elegant design, the Bolle collection showcases Paola Navone’s distinctive Mediterranean-inspired style. The chair was made in Italy to ensure its quality. The seats are designed as deeply enveloping shells, which can be paired with soft cushions for ultimate comfort, even when you're away from home.

Born in 1950, Paola Navone graduated from Politecnico di Tornio in 1973 and, ten years later, won the Osaka International Design Award in 1983. Since then, her career only continues to grow. Direct and visionary, Navone boasts several roles, such as architect and interior designer, to product designer and art director. This eclecticism reflects in her designs, pulled from cultures all around the world, from a passion for the flavors and colors of the southern hemisphere to the motifs and ideas of the far east.
Through her boundless creativity, Navone constantly seeks out materials, forms, and structures from the past, present, and future to make stylish and functional contemporary furniture.
