Manufactured in Italy by Foscarini and designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, the Buds table lamp is part of the Buds contemporary lighting collection that also includes a suspension version. It is available in three varieties and is made of blown glass. Available in various color finishes.
Designed by
The brilliant architect and designer, Rodolfo Dordoni, was born in Milan, where he earned his degree in Architecture in 1979. His fine-tuned skills as a designer allowed him to be appointed as art director for several prestigious companies, including Artemide glass collection, Cappellini, Fontana Arte, and Foscarini. Today, he is the art director for Minotti and Roda.
Starting in 2005, Rodolfo Dordini launched his studio, Dordoni Architetti along with Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni, who have worked alongside him for years. The studio deals explicitly with the architectural planning and interior design of residential homes, industrial and trade areas like offices, stores, and showrooms, restaurants, hotels the world over, not to mention the organization of trade fairs, furnishing and stands for companies in a variety of sectors.
