Flac Coffee Table
The Flac Coffee Table collection by Fabrice Berrux for Bonaldo is inspired by the organic, unpredictable shape of raindrops splashing upon impact with the ground. Manufactured in Italy, the Flac coffee table is available in three heights and three diameters, offering flexibility to be used individually or in a composition that creates a harmoneous combination of heights, sizes, colors, and textures, making it especially well-suited for large scale seating arrangements typical in modern open floor plan layout.
Flac's curvilinear top is available in a range of materials, including fused and tempered smoked grey or bronze glass, walnut or coal ash wood, as well as sleek ceramic and luxurious marble options, allowing for a mix-and-match approach to this centerpiece. To enhance its floating effect, the Flac Coffee Table is supported by a slender metal base available in a variety of finishes, with a cross-joint detail between the legs that adds a touch of Italian craftsmanship to its lightweight design.
Designed by
Inspired by his extensive travels as a child because of his father's job as a diplomat, Fabrice Berrux is a successful and skilled designer and architect. After attending the Dijon Arts School, Berrux worked for an architecture firm for a short time before starting his career in design by focusing on creating contemporary light fixtures and small pieces of furniture.
In 1987, Fabrice Berrux opened his studio 18 AOUT, which designs playful and one-of-a-kind products that add a funky touch to a modern space. By using a combination of unique shapes, Berrux's products are internationally loved and respected.
