A magnet in the spotlight allows you to direct its warmth where you want by rotating it for over twenty degrees of movement. This light can be customized by choosing from three wood and two metal finishes. Goula Figuera Design Studio comprises Spanish design duo Pablo Figuera and Alvaro Goula. Before founding the atelier in 2012, they graduated from Elisava Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, received Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Southampton, and gained experience at various design studios.
Navigating seamlessly between conceptual and commercial design, their work blends industry values with creativity. The duo's design philosophy centers on undying care for an object's shape, material expression, respect for the fabrication process, and usability. Their elegant and easily comprehensible works transcend superficiality, embodying aesthetic values. Goula Figuera is not only recognized with prestigious awards like the Lexus Design Award and Injuve Award but also actively imparts knowledge by teaching university students.
